PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE FOR HOSHINO COFFEE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS PROMOTIONAL PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE.

These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, Hoshino Coffee Membership Program. These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Hoshino Coffee for products, services, or otherwise.

Hoshino Coffee reserves the right to change, modify and/or terminate the Membership and/or these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to the Membership Program at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions here.  

Your participation in the Membership Program confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications.

Hoshino Coffee membership program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. If you are aged below 18, you may only use the membership program under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.
 

MEMBER PRIVACY

Please read the Privacy Policy (https://www.hoshinocoffee.com.my/privacypolicy) carefully to understand how Hoshino Coffee collects, uses, and discloses information about its customers.

CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP

In the event a Member wants to cancel their Membership, the Member must contact our Customer Service team via Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/hoshinocoffeemalaysia). All the remaining rewards in the Membership account will be forfeited upon termination of the Membership (and, by extension, the Hoshino Coffee Member Account).

The Hoshino Coffee Membership Program

The Membership Program is one way in which Hoshino Coffee endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing at Hoshino Coffee stores. The registration process may require that you provide detailed information using the online registration form. (all required in order to receive all eligible benefits).

 

1. For each qualified purchase, you will receive one (1) “Point” for each RM1 nett spent in Malaysia (not including Service Charge and Service Tax, and after Points and Complimentary Vouchers redemption).

2. Once you reached a specific tier within Hoshino Coffee Membership Program, you will receive the benefits that are applicable to that tier only.

3. Points can be used to purchase items at the participating outlets. These items include food, beverage, and retail merchandise.

4. Member may redeem Points and Rewards only for dine-in and takeaway transactions only.

5. Hoshino Coffee Membership registered and activated in Malaysia cannot be used in any of Hoshino Coffee stores outside Malaysia.

6. The accumulated Points cannot be redeemed or exchanged in cash.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Effective from 1 April 2023, All the points accumulated (and not redeemed and expired) will expire every 1 year from the day collected the point.

2. Hoshino Coffee reserves the right to change the way “Points” are spent and accrued at any time prior to notice of Members.

3. Any misuse of the Membership Program leads to immediate and definitive disqualification for any further membership.

4. Hoshino Coffee Member cannot be sold, transferred, assigned to, or shared with family, friends, or others. Your Membership will be for your own use only and you will not share your Membership QR code or login details with anyone else.

5. Should the member lose his/her phone, or should the phone with the activated membership be stolen, Hoshino Coffee cannot be held liable in the event that it was not reasonably possible for it to fulfill its obligations. Under any circumstances whatsoever Hoshino Coffee is fully waived of any liabilities.

6. Hoshino Coffee shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, acts of God, power failure, internet service provider failure, industrial action, war, fire, explosion, acts of terrorism, governmental action, epidemic, pandemic or other natural disaster, or any other event that is beyond its control, and Hoshino Coffee shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.

7. Hoshino Coffee reserves the right to terminate any account and/or one’s participation in the program if Hoshino Coffee determines in its sole discretion that one has violated these Terms of Use, or that the use of one’s account is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.

8. Hoshino Coffee reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel Hoshino Coffee Membership Program at any time and in its sole discretion without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Hoshino Coffee Malaysia shall be final.
